State Specific Question About: KENTUCKY (KY)

Do you run into roadblocks with your governmental planning departments when you rehab a piece of property - i.e., their ordinances. Do the city/county folks help you walk through your projects, or are they nit-picking you to death? --199.1.xxx.xxx
