This is what I pulled from information from the 1st King, it may or may not pertain to your situation:
11) Criminal history may not contain drug offenses within last 7 years except for one conviction for possession of a controlled substance.
12) Criminal history may not contain felony convictions within last 7 years for violent crimes or property crimes.
