You can't find one because there isn't one (if I understand what you are asking for). In Missouri, you don't need to send a three-day or ten-day or whatever notice to the tenant as you do in most states. Instead, if the tenant owes you money you proceed right to filing a Landlord's Petition at the court house.

If instead the tenant doesn't owe you money but you want to evict because of lease violations, that is a more complicated process.
