Clarification to my question: I live CA, have a property for rent in UT. The government pays for the tenant's rent consistently. But the property manager is getting later and later in transfering money to me, and did not forward any this month. What can I do other than firing the property manager? Can I sue him? That sounds like a better question. Not sure on the answer. My first thoughts are what does the contract with the PM state? Can you sue him? Sure, will you win, maybe. Is it worth it? That would be up to the court/travel/lawyer costs and what a month's rent it.
I would look into filing criminal charges. I would want his a%# nailed, not just my money. --209.254.xxx.xx |
