State Specific Question About: UTAH (UT)

I am trying to report to the credit agencies about my delinquent renter. She eventually pays but only after repeated phone calls. I want to know if the service on this site will report for delinquency. It says for unpaid amounts but I hope I can file for both. Thanks for your help. --71.35.xxx.xxx

I think you can only use this site for reporting collections and judgements, not slow pay.

Why are you concerned about reporting the slow pay? Either it is OK with you and you keep her as a tenant, happily spending your late fee extra income, or you kick her out as soon as your state law allows when rent due comes up Oct 1. --76.97.x.xxx
