I'm a landlord(lady) planning to become a tenant...
I will be moving from western Maine to the Auburn or Portland area. (I'll still be able to maintain my buildings here, and I'll be renting out my personal home.)
So, I'm looking for a 1- or 2-bedroom apartment in an attractive building/house that accepts responsible indoor cats. I need at least one picture/bay window.
I do have excellent work and past rental references, and my credit score is 800.

I owned 7 houses once and rented another till i found the one i wanted to buy to live in. Its a reasonable idea, HOWEVER...this is a post for craigslist.

Yes, I have an ad on craigslist, but as a landlord in an unusual situation, mrlandlord.com was another fairly obvious place to look.
Other landlords are eager to rent from me, knowing that I myself am a landlord. But, getting back to the point of my original post, I am looking for a big picture or bay window.
