my renters are 2 1/2 months behind on rent and owe me 398.00 on utilities. I have sent a 3 day notice on rent due and leaving premises. Is there anything else I can do if they refuse to leave? --75.100.xx.xx

If I'm not mistaken, it's a 5-day notice here in Oklahoma and then you can file for eviction. --64.149.xx.xxx
