Go to the courthouse and ask what to do. --4.224.xxx.xxx |

If you're not sure how to start, have an attorney do your first. If you want to learn "on the job", get the forms from the courthouse or their website. --64.151.xx.xxx |

You need to give mu more information.
If rent is owed, you can go immediately to filing a landlord's petition. If the issue is lease violations but no rent is owed, you need to send a 30 day or 10 day notice of termination, depending which is appropriate. Then follow up with a landlord's petition.
As Martin suggested, many persons without sufficient knowledge of landlord-tenant law in Missouri use an attorney, at least the first time. Watch carefully so you could do the next oneo yourself. --82.224.xx.xx |
