maybe u could offer to move her and pay a couple of hundred if she leaves without eviction.explain that an eviction may stay on her record for years and years and prevent her getting another apt.she can only say no.if she accepts u will avoid a lot of hassle.i would get a landlord tenant atty if she doesnt go for this,assuming its your first eviction.good luck.did u screen this bum carefully before renting to her?was she evicted before? --208.58.x.xx
