OrE, you might be mistaken. The laws in some states require that you divide the rent by the actual number of days in the month. Therefore, August prorated rent should be (rent/31) X days rented.
So technically to say it's just like the other 11 months may be incorret depending on your state. Just a fun bit of trivia I picked up in Real Estate school. --204.80.xxx.xx |
