We have renter for 4 months on a 12 mo lease they have not complied with boxes of stuff up to the fence maintance of the yard, not gotten insurance and have someone living there not on the lease, major damages to walls and fire safty issues. all these items are covered completely on the lease. We gave them written notice to comply within 10 days, if they do not what is my next step, do we get forms from court, do we need to go to court --68.110.xx.xxx
