The going rate average here is One Dollar Three Eighty per sq. ft, with additional charges for clatter pin repair/replacements as needed.

That is assuming that the property manager has at least 5 yrs experience...the rate could be adjusted higher or lower based on the years of experience. --70.109.xx.xxx
