I don't know if it goes state to state, but they are signing a contract which minors (under 18) cannot be held responsible. If you are nervous about someone that is applying that is the age of 18 or 19, they probably don't have the credit background to pass personal criteria. --167.6.xxx.xx

I'm not in MO.

I want any signature to hold up in court, so look for your state's "age of majority or consent".

Persons under 18 are probably not emotionally ready for rental responsibilities. Just visit any college dormitory. --69.243.xxx.xx
