State Specific Question About: NORTH CAROLINA (NC) I recenly sold my rentals here in CT and I am moving south to Charlotte NC.
I will be in Charlotte August 9th for a week to look at rental properties and will be moving to the area next spring.
I would love to talk voice to a landlord who knows the Charlotte area and surrounding towns/cities.

Tyler,
I have been cruising for bargains in the Fayetteville area.
Looking for a duplex to fourplex. So far no joy.
Any suggestions?
I have a few resources I am willing to share.
Jeff if you get this, would you forward onto Tyler, had his addy but then the old computer passed on with all the info.
I will be returning to NC in a few days ready to roll.
