Try joining one of these apartment owners associations. They will help you with many things.

Ask for a referral for a EVICTION Lawyer.

BTW I am visiting your great state of Alaska for 2 weeks in September. One week on a cruise ship Holland America and 1 week on land. Any tips

Go to the local court house and file the appropriate paperwork. It will cost about $200 - $300 to get the ball rolling. You can do it yourself if you have the time. It took about 1 month from start to finish to get a judgment and my house back.
