Sore, on a MTM rental contract. No cause. Just write:

This is your 30-day Notice of Termination. You are hereby given notice to vacate the premises in which you currently reside no later than midnight on «EndDate». This notice to vacate is being given without stated cause in accordance with your rental agreement.

[The Owner/Agent may terminate this tenancy at any time, with or without stated cause, upon giving Tenant not less than 30 days written notice or as otherwise provided by the Oregon Landlord/Tenant Act.]
