I am getting a divorce and would like to move into my currently rented investment property. The tenants are on a month to month. Can I legally do this and how much notice would I have to give them? --70.98.xx.xx |

The answer provided by pmh is not correct for the state of WA. For WA, it must be just TWENTY days or more prior to the end of a month (rental period) to terminate MTM tenancy.
