What do you have? A tenant that is relocating to another state?

Or are you looking for a tenant?

If the latter I would suggest advertising in CL.

It is the latter, thought I would put it here first. Nice ground floor 2 bedroom in 4plex near Denver and mts. Rentals are becoming more scarce and rents are rising in denver. Thanks Josh for your response. --129.33.xxx.xx
