Sorry, Hit the wrong button trying to chg the word to PRINT them, and keep for future reference. Find out when YOUR state allows you to demand rent. Some states it is 3 days after the 1st, some 5 or 10 days after the 1st--one state allows the tenant 21 days before the LL can demand rent. Follow YOUR state rules. Of course you are so late now you shd do this IMMEDIATELY. Ans because you know very little how to do this--suggest you hire "an EVICTION laywer" for the first one. Notice I did NOT say a lawyer who specialises in Real Estate--I specifically mean one who's specialty is evictions. This will only get worse till you take action! --140.140.xx.x |

Tell them to have the rent in cash to you by tomorrow or you will start eviction. Tell them eviction will put them on bad credit lists and they will be unable to buy anything or get credit for years. That should do it. What did they say was the problem? --76.99.xxx.xxx |
