State Specific Question About: WASHINGTON (WA)

I'm looking for some incentives for getting the unit back before they are due out, say a week or so before the end of the month, so I can clean and show it, get it rented, and not loose any rent. Wasn't there are way to do it with their deposit?

Thanks, Gordon

You might want to try tying down the rent so it won't get loose. :) --71.236.xx.xx
