State Specific Question About: WASHINGTON (WA)
I'm looking for some incentives for getting the unit back before they are due out, say a week or so before the end of the month, so I can clean and show it, get it rented, and not loose any rent. Wasn't there are way to do it with their deposit?
Thanks, Gordon

You might want to try tying down the rent so it won't get loose. :) --71.236.xx.xx |

Well, three years of Latin and I can just barely guess at that. How about, haste makes waste? Maybe a priest or an achaeologist or a pharmacist eh in FL there. --76.99.xxx.xxx |

Nunquam non Paratus=Never Unprepared (oh really?)..........Accipere quam facere praestat injuriam=It is better to suffer injustice than to do an injustice. ........ ( He wants them out early for his own convenience but wants to keep all the rent, and wants to leverage their security deposit to get his way.) --71.196.xx.xxx |
