State Specific Question About: CONNECTICUT (CT)

For any lanlord who has rentals in state of Connecticut I am interested in what areas your rentals are located. I was looking at the Danbury, Hartford area or any other towns. This area seem to have more potential for cash flow compared to where we operate today in NYC. Let me know what your experiences or challenges are in this area.

Ken, check out ctreia com and come along to one of the meetings. Not sure about Danbury and Hartford, but I'm cash flowing in the South East of the State with very little down.
