State Specific Question About: INDIANA (IN)

Is there a form letter to convey legally and diplomatically,that the prospect(s)have been turned down for an applicant who has a better background and credit score? I do not wish to be challanged due to the non-refundable fee involved.JA --71.57.xx.xxx

I tell applicants they will get a call in 48 hours if they approved. If I reject based on information in the credit report, they get the legal notice. Otherwise, they get nothing. --192.234.xxx.xxx

I send this letter SEPARATELY to each adult applicant to address provided on their application * not being able to verify landlord information is one I just added because I CHECK:

Application Process/Viewing Occupied Properties:

For the following reason(s), your application(s) are unacceptable:

__________ No e-mail/cellular phone or contact information provided

__________ Application is illegible. Please resubmit typewritten or printed.
