get it rerented.sounds like u will be going into small claims for your loss.but first try to get it rerented.a colleague went into court about 20 times.usually but not always wins.only a few times for me.i usually win too. --208.58.x.xx |

You don't know the full extent of the damage until you've re rented it. Then go for damages/costs and the time it was unrented.

In NJ, they base your award in court on your loss of rent. You have to show you are trying to rent the place. Double check your law. --69.125.xxx.xx |
