State Specific Question About: CONNECTICUT (CT)
where can I get some free lease samples that are very good in protecting landlord rights, getting rid of deadbeat tenants, collecting attorney fees, etc .
Thanks, Forbes

I use the lease that came with membership. however be aware that ct laws are very quirky and it is very diffciult and time consuming in Ct to evict . even for non payment 6-8 weeks . so start on the 11 !!!! that being said ... I have put my lease on cd and modify as new situations occur. my favority lease clause is " $50 charge for each trip made for legal purposes due to non performance on lessespart "
I screen hard ( now ) because Ihave gotten burned so many times. I currently have a 1 bedroom apt vacant for 2 months until I get some one who will pay. --69.118.xx.xxx |

Be careful about posting your email address in public forums like this - spammers pick them up and run with 'em!
Also, the numbers are an IP address associated with your computer. Since we don't register to use this forum it's a way of seeing if someone is posting under different names but from the same computer. Don't worry about it though. --69.73.xx.xx |
