Any other charges besides lease up and monthly fees?..Admistrative fees?
How much money up front for contingency account?
When do you receive your statement. Ask for a copy of their statement... make sure it is professional and understandable.
How long do they take to get back to you...make sure you can do e-mail.
When do they issue notices for non payment. Who is their eviction lawyer? Do they supervise evictions if necessary?
How often do they drive by the property?
