If you find your answer somewhere besides this site, would you mind posting what you find?
I think it might be a good idea to offer this service and advertise it when there is a vacancy. I could see it doing a couple things:
1) Most of my potential tenants don't have excellent credit, so this type of program might appeal to them and maybe they would try to improve their credit and have some motivation to pay the rent on time.
2) Hopefully it wouldn't appeal to people who have no plans on being responsible for paying the rent on time, and maybe they wouldn't waste time looking at the property. --74.130.xx.xxx |
