State Specific Question About: SOUTH CAROLINA (SC)

I have purchased a high-rise condo unit in N. Myrtle Beach for rental purposes, and the amount of libability I have under my insurance policy is $300,000. I have had a couple of individuals tell me I need at least $1M-$2m in liability to be properly protected. I pay $405 per month in association fees which cover insurance with a $1m liability. Any thoughts would be appreciated. --63.64.xxx.xxx

I would bump that liability up to at least 1 M. Three hundred K isn't that much today. --192.234.xxx.xxx
