State Specific Question About: NORTH CAROLINA (NC)

Does North Carolina have a "lead base paint form" that a tenant must sign if house was built before 1978 indicating property might have lead base paint?

Note that it mentions that Lessor has given the Lessee the "Protect Your Family from Lead in Your Home" booklet -- which you can also find here:
