State Specific Question About: OKLAHOMA (OK)
i have a tenant that gave their 30 day notice. when i called to set a time to walk through they said they r staying another couple months. At this point i have already approved a prospective tenant and have been advertising the property. I would much rather rent the property to the prospective renter and have the current renter move when they said they would. What do you think is the best action to take. --70.234.xxx.xx |

Explain your situation. If they don't leave on their own file eviction. Yup you can file eviction based on their 30 day notice. You do have it in writing don't you? --24.21.xx.xx |
