Trying to evict a tenant...Good tenant, not a problem, but want to move mom into my rental property. Sent eviction letter giving 60 days notice. Tenant got a lawyer and will not leave. What recourse do I have? --96.231.xx.xxx

Property was not registered and is not under rent control. Found out it was not a lawyer but tenant advocate. Sent notice in February for tenant to leave in April. Do I reissue notice to not renew monthly tenancy again or is it retroactive? --96.231.xx.xxx
