WE HAVE A MARRIED COUPLE THAT SIGNED OUR LEASE, NOW THE HUSBAND HAAS FILED BANKRUPTCY. THEY HAVE LISTED US AS PART OF THAT. SEEMS TO ME THAT THE WIFE CAN STILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE RENT. ANY THOUGHTS??? --74.140.xxx.xxx
