If my tennants left on a breech of contract, but their stuff is still at my house (the house they rented) what are my rights as far as getting the stuff removed?? I sold the home and it closes on March 27th. --67.185.xx.xxx

When did they leave? What does your lease say about abandoned property?How much stuff is left?

If anything and you want to be nice(and want it out w/ less trouble for you) you could send them a letter to last known address(or postal service may forward)and let them know if they want thier stuff they have until such and such a date to call and arrange a time for pick up. Obviously keep a copy of letter. --68.44.xxx.xxx

Reading others posts-another suggestion-put it in storage and put it in thier name and mail a letter to them letting them know where it is. You may have to pay 1st month but it is out of your house and chances are you could recoup it. --68.44.xxx.xxx
