The town or city bylaw determines what the level of temperature is required. For example in the towns where the apartment buildings are located the town bylaw requires the temperature to be in the apartments to be 21 degrees celsius all the time during the heating season regardless of the temperature outside. Every town or city has different requirements for heat. Some towns or cities allow the temperature to be turned down at night. One will find the requirements by getting a copy of the local bylaws. --216.209.xxx.xx |
